- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Gradually add water and oil, kneading until you get a smooth and elastic dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
