Brochettes

Ingredients
For the Skewers

- 8 cherry tomatoes
Marinade
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) black pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) salt
Optional
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt.

Marinate the Meat
Add the cubed meat to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for deeper flavor.

Assemble the Skewers
Alternate threading marinated meat, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers. Leave a little space between each piece for even cooking.

Grill the Brochettes
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
