- 200g rice noodles or egg noodles
- 100g fried shallots (optional, for garnish)
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, tapioca starch, minced garlic, salt, white pepper, and baking powder. Mix until smooth and sticky.
Wet your hands and shape the mixture into small, round meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.

Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil. Drop in the meatballs and cook until they float to the surface, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
