- 200 g ham or cooked beef, diced

- 3 pickled cucumbers, diced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1.5 liters beef or chicken broth
- 2–3 bay leaves
- 5–6 black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh dill, chopped, for garnish
- Sour cream, for serving

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until golden and fragrant. Add the sliced smoked sausage and diced ham or beef, cooking for another 5 minutes to release the flavors.
