Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh Nsenene (grasshoppers), cleaned
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or peanut oil

- Optional: 1 small chili, finely chopped, for heat

Rinse the grasshoppers thoroughly and remove wings and legs if desired. Pat dry with a paper towel.
