- 1 kg lampuki (dorado fish), cleaned and filleted
- 2 onions, finely chopped

- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 500 g shortcrust pastry

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add chopped tomatoes, olives, capers, parsley, mint, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let cool.
