  • 1 tbsp (15ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pastry

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and water, kneading until a firm dough forms. Add vegetable oil and knead for a few more minutes. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  2. Cook the Filling

Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut into rectangles. Place a generous amount of filling in the center, fold the edges, and roll tightly. Seal with beaten egg.

  4. Fry to Perfection

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry each roll for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
