Ingredients

  • 500 g green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 liter vegetable or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients

    Trim and cut the green beans into bite-sized pieces. Dice the bacon and chop the onion and garlic. Peel and cube the potatoes.

  2. Cook the Bacon and Vegetables
