- 2 apples, peeled and grated
- 2 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
For the Chive Sauce:
- ½ cup (120 ml) sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
