- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped (optional, for heat)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water or fish/chicken stock
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
- Juice of half a lime
