  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1-2 hot chili peppers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Taro Leaves

    Wash and chop the taro leaves into manageable pieces. Be sure to remove any tough stems.

  2. Sauté the Aromatics

    In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until they become fragrant and translucent.

  3. Cook the Taro Leaves
