Prepare the Dough
In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.

Mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
