  • 1/4 cup (0.06 kg) fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pawpaw

    Peel, seed, and cube the ripe pawpaw. Place the cubes in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add Vegetables

    Thinly slice the cucumber and red onion, and julienne the red bell pepper. Add these vegetables to the bowl with the pawpaw.

    Chop the fresh cilantro and mint leaves, then add them to the bowl.
