- 250 g ground pork
- 250 g ground lamb (optional)

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 150 ml sparkling water
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Vegetable oil for grilling

Prepare the Meat Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground meats. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, thyme, and coriander. Sprinkle the baking soda over the mixture. Gradually pour in sparkling water while mixing thoroughly. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes slightly sticky. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

Shape the Mici
With wet hands, shape the meat mixture into small cylindrical rolls, about 3–4 inches long and 1 inch thick.
