1 bunch fresh spinach or cassava leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
Banana leaves or aluminum foil for wrapping
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the fish with coconut milk, chopped onions, garlic, bell peppers, hot peppers (if using), and chopped spinach or cassava leaves. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with vegetable oil.
