- 1 cup (100 g) shredded Dutch cheese (or any mild cheese)

- ½ cup (120 ml) vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano
