Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice (preferably day-old)
- 1 cup cooked black beans (with liquid reserved)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Salsa Lizano (or Worcestershire sauce as a substitute)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
