Ingredients
- 200g dried wheat noodles or fresh egg noodles
- 200g ground pork
- 4 dried shrimp, soaked and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Pickled mustard greens (optional)
