1/2 lb (225 g) chicken (optional, cut into pieces)
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups (750 ml) water or broth
1/2 lb (225 g) cabbage or kale, chopped
2 large sweet potatoes, diced
2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) paprika
1/2 tsp (2.5 g) black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Base: Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
Cook the Meat: Add pork, beef, and chicken to the pot. Cook until browned on all sides. Add sausage slices and stir.
