Ingredients:
2 lbs (0.9 kg) lamb shoulder, cubed
2 cups of basmati rice
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1/4 cup of chopped almonds
1/4 cup of raisins

Instructions:
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until golden brown. Add cubed lamb shoulder to the pot, cooking until browned on all sides.
