- 1 cup (0.24 L) coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Scotch bonnet pepper, whole
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
