200g Ground Pork

2 tbsp Peanut Oil

3 cloves Garlic, minced

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Fish Sauce

1 tsp Chili Flakes

2 Spring Onions, chopped

Bean Sprouts for garnish

Fresh Cilantro for garnish

Lime wedges for serving
