1 cup (150 g) green beans, thinly sliced

1 cup (150 g) cabbage, shredded

1 cup (150 g) bean sprouts

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Lumpia wrappers

Vegetable oil for frying

Sweet and sour sauce for dipping

In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add ground pork and cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil, then add carrots, green beans, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Cook until vegetables are tender. Allow the filling to cool, then place a spoonful onto a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a bit of water. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the Lumpia until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve Lumpia hot and crispy, paired with a side of sweet and sour sauce for dipping. Enjoy the delightful combination of crunchy exterior and savory filling, making each bite a culinary delight.
