Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Patties

    Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 equal patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
