Kama (Traditional Estonian Flour Mix)

Ingredients
- 1 cup (0.2 kg) roasted barley flour
- 1 cup (0.2 kg) roasted rye flour
- 1 cup (0.2 kg) roasted oat flour
- 1/2 cup (0.1 kg) roasted pea flour
- 2 cups (0.5 liters) buttermilk or kefir
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- Fresh berries or fruit (optional, for garnish)
- Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Prepare the Kama Mix
In a large bowl, combine the roasted barley, rye, oat, and pea flours. Mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container for several months if desired.

Make the Kama Dish
In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the Kama mix with 1 cup of buttermilk or kefir. Stir until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if needed.

Sweeten the Kama (Optional)
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar (or honey/sweetener of choice) and stir until dissolved.
