¼ cup (0.06 kg) butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Lobster Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
