2 cups (400g) Glutinous Rice Flour
1 cup (200g) Jaggery, grated
1/2 cup (100g) Sesame Seeds

1/2 cup (100g) Khoya (Reduced Milk)
1/4 cup (50g) Ghee
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
A pinch of Salt
Banana Leaves or Parchment Paper for wrapping
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
Mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a smooth, pliable dough. Add a pinch of salt. Divide the dough into small balls.
Create the Filling:
In a bowl, combine grated jaggery, sesame seeds, grated coconut, khoya, ghee, and cardamom powder to form a sweet filling.
Assemble the Yomari:

Steam the Yomari:
