Instructions:

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the chopped walnuts, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Stuff the Apples: Fill the cooled apples with the walnut mixture, packing it firmly into the center.
Chill and Serve: Place the stuffed apples in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve each apple topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed walnuts.
