2 lbs Chicken Thighs (0.9 kg), bone-in

1 cup Green Olives, pitted
4 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Onions, finely chopped
2 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Fresh Cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups Chicken Broth
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Season chicken thighs with cumin, coriander, cinnamon, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
