2 cups (400g) Rice Flour

1/2 cup (100g) Semolina

1 cup (200g) Plain Yogurt

1/2 cup (100g) Milk

1/2 cup (100g) Shredded Coconut

1/2 cup (100g) Sugar

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

Oil for deep frying

In a bowl, mix rice flour, semolina, plain yogurt, milk, shredded coconut, sugar, baking soda, and turmeric powder to form a thick batter. Let it ferment for at least 8 hours or overnight.
