4 cups stale bread, torn into small pieces (lb: 1.76, kg: 0.8)

2 cups milk

4 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1 cup dried fruits (apricots, raisins, etc.)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter. In a bowl, soak the stale bread in milk until softened.
