2 apples, peeled and grated
2 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
For the Chive Sauce:
½ cup (120 ml) sour cream
2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
