1 cup (0.24 liters) green beans, trimmed

1 bunch cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon (0.005 lb or 0.002 kg) ground cumin

1 teaspoon (0.005 lb or 0.002 kg) paprika

1 tablespoon (0.015 lb or 0.007 kg) salt, or to taste

1 teaspoon (0.005 lb or 0.002 kg) black pepper

10 cups (2.4 liters) water

Instructions:

Prepare the Meat:

In a large pot, add the beef feet and tripe. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Drain and rinse the meat thoroughly.

Cook the Soup:
