4 ears of corn, cut into thirds

1 cup (0.24 liters) green beans, trimmed

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup (0.24 liters) red wine

Seasonings:

2 bay leaves

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons salt (or to taste)

10 cups (2.4 liters) water

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Broth In a large pot, combine the beef, pork, chicken, and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, skimming off any foam that forms on the surface. Add the minced garlic, onions, bay leaves, cumin, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours.

Step 2: Add Vegetables Add the potatoes, carrots, and corn to the pot. Simmer for another 30 minutes. Stir in the green beans and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes, or until all the vegetables are tender. Step 3: Finish with Red Wine Pour in the red wine and let it simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
