3 medium tomatoes, diced
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 large potato, cubed

Instructions:
Prepare the Beef: Wash and cube the beef into bite-sized pieces.
Sear the Meat: Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef cubes and sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
