1 whole chicken (about 3 lbs, kg: 1.4)

2 cups jasmine rice (lb: 0.9, kg: 0.4)

4 cups chicken broth

4 slices ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons sesame oil

Soy sauce and oyster sauce for dipping

Fresh cilantro and sliced cucumbers for garnish
