2 Large mud crabs (about 1.5 kg each), cleaned and cut into pieces
6-8 Red chilies, blended into a paste
5 Cloves garlic, minced

1 Egg, beaten
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 cup Tomato ketchup
1/2 cup Water
2 tsp Sugar

Instructions:
Preparing Chili Crab:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or deep frying pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
