1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Salt and pepper to taste

4 tablespoons butter

1 onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons honey

In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results. In a large skillet or pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and cook for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir in the heavy cream and honey, simmering gently for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
