2 tomatoes, diced

1 bell pepper, diced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons pepian paste

4 cups chicken broth

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until softened and fragrant.
