Ingredients:

1 lb (0.45 kg) Fresh Fish Fillets, cubed

1 Onion, finely chopped

2 Tomatoes, diced

1 cup (200g) Green Beans, chopped

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated

1/4 cup Coconut Cream

4 cups (960ml) Fish or Vegetable Broth

Salt and Pepper to taste

Fresh Coriander (Cilantro) for garnish

Instructions:

In a large pot, sauté chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger until aromatic. Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened. Pour in fish or vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Add carrots, potatoes, and green beans to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Gently place the cubed fish into the soup, allowing it to cook through. Stir in coconut cream for a rich and creamy texture. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh coriander (cilantro) before serving.
