Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine crushed malt biscuits and chopped fruit puffs or Eskimo lollies. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter and sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Pour the butter and condensed milk mixture over the biscuit and lolly mixture. Mix all ingredients until they form a sticky, uniform dough. Shape the mixture into a log or rectangular cake shape on a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll the cake in desiccated coconut until it's evenly coated. Wrap the cake in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight to set. Once set, slice the Lolly Cake into rounds and serve.
