2 cups (400g) Split Peas

1 lb (450g) Smoked Pork Hock

1 lb (450g) Pork Shoulder, diced

1 Large Onion, chopped

2 Leeks, sliced

2 Carrots, diced

2 Potatoes, peeled and diced

2 Celery Stalks, chopped

2 Bay Leaves

1 tsp Thyme

Salt and Pepper to taste

Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions:
